Our project has encountered delays due to a combination of team health issues and initial planning oversights. These factors have impacted our development schedule, necessitating adjustments to our planned deliverables.

To address these challenges and prevent future delays, we are taking the following steps:
- Updated Roadmap: We have revised our timeline, extending the delivery dates by about four months. The updated roadmap is as follows:
- Android Electrum Release: September 2024
- BIP39 Wallet Release: November 2024
- DAO Launch: January 2025
- PTX (Probabilistic Transactions) v1: April 2025
- NFT Register/Transfer: July 2025
- Expansion of Team: We are expanding our team to include additional expertise that aligns with our project needs. This is expected to enhance our capacity and expedite development.
- Introduction of New Deliverables: Notably, the NFT Register/Transfer feature planned for July 2025 is a new addition to our roadmap. This feature will enable game pieces and collectibles, marking a significant step towards the next development phase of Hemis.
Introduction of a New Marketing Group
Recognizing the need to better communicate our vision and updates, we are also establishing a dedicated marketing function within the project. This new group will focus on enhancing our outreach and engagement efforts, ensuring that both potential users and current community members are well-informed and excited about what Hemis has to offer. This strategic move is designed to support our growth and help us connect more effectively with our audience.
