As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, we want to provide an update regarding the development timeline for PTX (Probabilistic Transactions) and the role of the Hemis core team after the transition to the DAO.
Originally, PTX was planned for delivery in Q4 2024, with the Hemis DAO going live in early 2025 to fund community-driven game projects. A development fund was set aside to support the project up to the launch of PTX. However, due to the delays we recently announced, the completion of PTX has been pushed to April 2025, meaning that development will continue after the original fund has run out and the DAO is active.
When the DAO goes live, the Hemis core team will submit a proposal, seeking both permission and funding to complete PTX development. We anticipate needing this interim arrangement for the first four months of 2025.
Importantly, the Hemis core team will not be applying for the entire DAO fund. We recognize the need for the community to have access to development funds for use case projects and will ensure that adequate resources are available for other initiatives.
If you have any questions, please visit our project Discord and a team member will be happy to help.
